Nothing can beat a warm homemade cookie with a cold
glass of milk. Regardless of our age, this treat just seems to give us
a warm feeling inside. When I indulge in this treat, it takes me back
to my childhood and teen years - the smell of mom's cooking and baking
and impatiently waiting to get the go ahead to indulge, and taste what
the nose was sniffing for what appears to be a life time.
So, if
you like any of the ingredients below, I can boldly say that you will
enjoy preparing, baking, eating, and sharing this cookie recipe. When
you do try it, please drop me a line with your comments; I'd appreciate
it!
This is a wonderful cookie recipe, not sweet and packed full
of goodness! It can be baked to a chewy texture - about 15 min, or for
a firmer texture leave it in for about 20 min.
